1) To educate the public about organ donation and transplant issues including the dissemination and publication of information about the needs, current conditions and risks associated with organ donation and transplant.

2) To provide encouragement to individual Canadians to become designated organ donors by signing organ donor cards as well providing this information to their families.

3) To raise and provide funds for medical research towards continuing and improving medical research and care related to organ donation and transplant.

4) To encourage and build a national volunteer network of individuals who will engage in activities to encourage Canadians to become aware of the need in this area and to sign organ donor cards and educate their families.
